		<description>I once skinned my knees not once but TWICE in the same day by not paying attention to what my feet were doing.  Slow down and pay attention to the journey (no matter how short!) not where we are going!  Thank you for the reminder!</description>

		<description>I just moved on a pair of expensive cream colored pumps that were really too small. Blessed them and let go. Sometimes things I own remind me of another time and I hang on to them. I still have my sorority sweatshirt.
Living out of a suitcase on a trip is a great exercise in minimalism! Pare down!
